Midi Skirt (n): A skirt that hits from below the knee to mid-calf.
It's considered unflattering and difficult to wear by many, due to it's in-betweener status (not a mini, not yet a maxi). So let's call it a skirt for the risk-takers. For the few, the proud, the bold. Though, we must add a word of caution: this shape isn't for everyone, but it is perfect for the ladies that prefer A-line skirts, because both share a similarity in lines and silhouette.
So if you're feeling daring, we've prepared three outfits for you, to suit a whole range of your sartorial needs. The first offers a bohemian vibe that's perfect for any outdoor outing, whether it be a friend's backyard BBQ or a picnic on the beach. For a bolder look, pair a print with a neon, and add a dab of berry-colored gloss on your lips. Remember to keep the rest of your makeup looking natural and fresh. Finish it off with some ankle wrap sandals, because it's still the summer, and even the bold need to be comfortable (and don't forget to check out our Woven Bib Necklace which, might I add, pairs very nicely with this outfit). The third look is sophisticated, classy, and perfect for a party or an evening out with your friends or beau. A voluminous skirt tends to grab all the attention, so keep bulk away your other pieces.
